Say it in one breath. Sort it with one flick.

TaskFlick files each task in the right Eisenhower quadrant from what you said. When it isn’t sure, it holds the task until you flick it to a corner. Adding a task never waits on a decision.

Coming soon to the App Store For iPhone, iOS 26 or later.
TaskFlick’s home screen: Do First, Schedule, Delegate and Drop, each with its tasks, and an Add a task field at the bottom.

Every door leads in.

“Add pay rent tomorrow, urgent, to TaskFlick.” Siri, Reminders, widgets, Control Center, the Action Button and the share sheet all land in the same place.

Do First

Deadlines today or tomorrow, plus anything you call important, go straight to the top.

Schedule

Important work with time to spare gets a place, and the oldest of it rises so it isn’t forgotten.

Delegate

“Have Sara book the venue” is filed as a hand-off, with how long you’ve been waiting.

Drop

Neither urgent nor important. Nothing is deleted for you; you decide when to let it go.

Pulls in your Siri reminders.

“Hey Siri, remind me to…” always goes to Apple Reminders. TaskFlick watches one Reminders list and brings each new reminder in to be sorted. It’s free, not a Pro feature.

Some thoughts aren’t tasks.

When a thought is a worry rather than something to do, the Worry Rejector walks you through answering it in your own words, then asks later whether it came true. Over time you see how many of your worries didn’t happen. It’s a self-help exercise, not therapy.

No account

Open it and start typing. There’s nothing to sign up for.

Your iCloud, not ours

Tasks sync through your own iCloud. We never see them.

Worries stay on your iPhone

They never sync, and you can lock them with Face ID.
